Portfolio Overview
State of the wiki
This vault is a project management second brain. As of 2026-04-10 it holds 1 source (personal notes from the 6-course Google PM Professional Certificate) broken into 6 course hub pages and 28 reusable framework concept pages. No active projects, people, or meetings have been ingested yet — the current wiki is a reference library waiting for real project content.
Reference library at a glance
The wiki can answer PM questions across the traditional lifecycle and Agile:
- Initiation — course-2-project-initiation: goals (smart-goals, okr-framework), scope (triple-constraint), business case (cost-benefit-analysis, project-charter), stakeholders (stakeholder-analysis, raci-chart)
- Planning — course-3-project-planning: schedule (work-breakdown-structure, critical-path-method, gantt-chart), estimation (three-point-estimation), procurement (procurement-process), risk (risk-management-process, dependency-types), communication (communication-plan)
- Execution — course-4-project-execution: quality (dmaic-framework, pdca-cycle, user-acceptance-testing), team (tuckman-team-stages), influence (conger-influencing-steps), change (change-management)
- Agile — course-5-agile-project-management: mindset (agile-manifesto, vuca), Scrum (scrum-framework, user-stories-and-invest, value-roadmap), other frameworks (kanban, scaling-agile-frameworks)
- Real-world applied — course-6-applying-pm-in-real-world

Themes
- Reference vs operational content. The wiki currently has only reference knowledge. Once real projects are ingested, entity/decision/risk pages will cross-link into the concept library (e.g., a new project’s risk register page will link back to risk-management-process).
- Course 1 coverage is thin — the ingested source’s Foundations content is minimal. Worth filling from another source if general PM foundations become relevant.
